MG produced this as a Left-Hand drive TD with Export to North America specifications, on 2 December, 1952. According to the Vessel ledgers, Arnolt coupe 222 was shipped on the SS Stockholt with Arnolt coupes 223, 224 and 232, received in Chicago via New York on 5 June, 1953. Purchaser was E. C. Landwehr [probably Edward Chester Landwehr], delivered on 3 August, 1953, invoice 1059.
