The Vessel ledgers show that Arnolt convertible 280 was shipped on the SS Vesuvio with convertible 277 and coupes 270 and 273, received in San Francisco on 18 November, 1953. The purchaser was Gough Industries for Marion Weber on 17 August 1954, invoice 1690. Car is featured in two French magazines, Retro and AutoRetro (see bibliography)
